Admetriq collects what it needs to watch your clients’ Meta ad accounts, and records how the product is used so we can improve it. We don’t sell any of it, and one client’s data is never used in another client’s recommendations.
Who we are
Admetriq is campaign monitoring software for agencies and freelancers running Meta Ads, built in India by Ashmit Jain. For anything on this page, write to us through the contact page.
What we collect
- Your account: your name and email. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider; we never see them.
- What you enter: your workspace, your clients and what you tell us about their businesses, campaign plans, and settings such as spend limits.
- Meta ad data you connect: the ad accounts, Pages and lead forms your Business Manager can access, and each campaign’s settings, spend and results, including where the spend landed by placement, region and age. We don’t read the contact details inside leads from Meta.
- Lead results you send us: if a client’s CRM or sheet uses a results key, which leads were good, junk or converted, and a sale’s value.
- Creatives you upload (images and videos), and the analysis made of them.
- The contact form: what you write in it, your name, email and phone.
How the product is used
Inside the signed-in app we record how Admetriq is used: the pages you open, what you click, when you sign in and out, the actions you take (such as approving a recommendation or launching a campaign) and whether they worked, and screen recordings of sessions. We use this to find what is confusing, slow or broken.
- Anything typed into a field is hidden in recordings.
- On client, campaign and recommendation screens, the text is masked in recordings, so client names and figures aren’t readable there.
- A record of a click can still include the words on what was clicked, such as a button label or the name in a row.
- On this public website we count page views only, without recordings and without knowing who you are.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase: our database and sign-in.
- Railway and Vercel: the servers the product and this website run on.
- Cloudflare R2: storage for uploaded creatives.
- PostHog: the usage records and session recordings described above.
- Meta: the source of your ad data, through the access you connect.
- AI model providers: the text and images we send to analyse creatives and write recommendation explanations.
- Our email provider: to tell us a contact request came in.
What we don’t do
- Sell or rent your data, or your clients’.
- Use what one client’s campaigns taught the system in another client’s recommendations, even within your own agency.
- Change anything in a Meta ad account except the budget and on/off changes you approve, and, only if you switch it on for a client, pausing a campaign that is spending with no leads.
Your choices
- Disconnect Meta at any time from Settings; your clients can also remove your access in Meta themselves.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you or your workspace, through the contact page. These are your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- If you’d rather not be recorded, tell us and we’ll exclude your account from usage recording.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Signed-in users are told inside the app.
