Inside the app

One morning in Admetriq, in 25 seconds

Every client checked, one opened, a budget question asked and turned into a change, the change approved, and the day’s leads marked so Meta learns which ones were real.

The daily loop

Your team isn’t slow. Your workflow is

Every agency runs the same five steps, on every account, every day. Four of them are searching. Only one of them is the actual job.

  1. Watch

    Everything, constantly

Campaigns, ad sets, creatives, placements and audiences, across every Meta ad account on the roster.

    ×24 today
  2. Diagnose

    Work out why it moved

Pull the Meta breakdowns. Compare windows. Separate a real performance change from ordinary volatility.

    ×? every anomaly
  3. Decide

    Judge whether it deserves action

Most of them do not. Knowing which ones do is what took your team years to learn.

    ×? every finding
  4. Execute

    Make the change

It is the fastest step in the loop, and the only one anyone ever credits as the work.

    ×? every decision
  5. Explain

    Tell the client what happened

Translate account mechanics into something a client reads as competence.

    ×24 today

Two of these five run 24 times whether or not anything is wrong, because you cannot know which accounts are fine without opening all of them. The other three run only as often as there is something real — and nobody can tell you that number in advance. That is the trade: the searching scales with your roster, the work does not, and you have to pay the first to find out the second.

↻ Repeat tomorrow.

Your best people spend too much time finding problems and not enough time solving them.

Control

Your accounts. Your rules. Your decision

You are not handing a client account to software and hoping. Here is exactly where it stops.

Awaiting approval3 of 3
Client A · Coaching institute95% confident
Pause “Admissions · Lead form”
₹18,400 spent in seven days with no leads; about 40 were due at this client's usual cost
Client B · Home services95% confident
Raise daily budget ₹4,500 → ₹5,000
₹332 a lead across 95 leads against a usual ₹520. The evidence supported ₹5,150; the ₹5,000 ceiling you set for this client decided where it stopped
Client E · Dental clinic95% confident
Trim daily budget ₹3,000 → ₹2,400
₹913 a lead across 23 leads against this client's usual ₹520. Less goes in while someone finds out why
0approved by you
0applied without approval

Look at the second one: the evidence supported more, and your own ceiling for that client decided where it stopped. The one thing that can skip this queue is a pause on clear waste, and only for clients you switch that on for.

Nothing changes without your team’s say-so, unless you have switched on the safety-net pause for that client.

It finds, your team decides

Every recommendation arrives as a proposal with its reasoning attached — never as a change that already happened.

A spend ceiling per client

Set the highest daily budget this client may run at. Proposals stop at it, and an amount edited above it is refused rather than applied.

Dry run, until you say otherwise

Every new client starts in dry run: recommendations are produced and nothing can reach Meta at all until someone deliberately turns live mode on for that account.

Approval required for actions

Nothing reaches Meta until a person approves that specific change on that specific account. The one exception stays off unless you turn it on for a client: a safety net that pauses a campaign spending with no leads coming back, then tells you it did.

Always visible reasoning

Every recommendation shows what it saw, what it concluded and how confident it is — so your team can disagree with it properly.

Override anything

Reject it, edit it, or ignore it entirely. A rejection is recorded, and the same card isn’t raised on that campaign again for a week.

Questions agencies ask

Running Meta ads across a roster, answered

The questions that come up in every conversation with an agency owner, answered properly rather than in a sentence.

What is Admetriq?

Admetriq is campaign intelligence software for performance marketing agencies and freelancers running Meta Ads across several client accounts. It monitors every live campaign on the roster, including where its spend landed by placement, region and age, judges each one against that client's own normal cost, and hands the team a specific next move with its reasoning and confidence attached. Budget changes and pauses are applied only when a person approves them, apart from an optional safety net, switched on per client, that pauses a campaign spending with no leads coming back. It is built in India by Ashmit Jain and is available by invitation. Admetriq is a single product and a single company; it is not related to the similarly spelled analytics tools Admetrics, AdMetric or emetriq.

Is it safe to connect a client's Meta ad account?

Clients grant your agency's Business Manager partner access inside Meta, so no access token ever changes hands and the client can revoke access themselves at any time. Campaigns are always built paused, so going live stays a separate and deliberate action by your team.

Is Admetriq the same as Admetrics, Admetricks or AdMetric?

No — they are separate companies and separate products. Admetriq is spelled with a q at the end. It is campaign intelligence software for agencies running Meta Ads across many client accounts, built in India. Admetrics is a marketing analytics platform, Admetricks is an ad-intelligence product owned by Similarweb, and AdMetric and emetriq are separate again. Admetriq is also unrelated to ADMET and ADMETlab, which are pharmacology tools whose names begin with the same letters. If you were looking for Meta Ads monitoring across a roster of client accounts, Admetriq is the one at admetriq.in.

What is a Meta Ads intelligence layer?

An intelligence layer sits between Meta Ads Manager and the people running your client accounts. Instead of another reporting dashboard, it continuously monitors every client ad account, diagnoses why performance changed, and hands your team a specific recommendation with its reasoning and confidence attached. Admetriq is built for performance marketing agencies running Meta campaigns across many client accounts at once.

How do agencies manage multiple Meta ad accounts efficiently?

The bottleneck in running many ad accounts is not creating campaigns, it is monitoring them. Agencies scale by automating the watching and diagnosing, so your team spends its time on decisions rather than on checking whether anything changed. Admetriq reviews every live campaign across the roster, including where its spend landed by placement and region, and surfaces only the handful that need your attention.

Will AI replace the people who run our ad accounts?

No. Admetriq is designed to multiply an existing team's expertise, not to replace it. Every recommendation arrives as a proposal with the evidence behind it, and nothing reaches Meta until a person approves that specific change on that specific ad account. The one exception is a safety net the agency switches on per client: it pauses a campaign that is spending with no leads coming back, and says so. What gets raised in the first place is decided by rules in the product, with the cost thresholds derived from each client's own measured history rather than one benchmark applied to everybody.

Can campaign management software change a client's ad account automatically?

Only in one case you choose. Budgets and campaign status change when a human approves that change, and Admetriq never edits targeting or creatives: that advice goes to your team to act on. The exception is an optional safety net, off by default and switched on per client, that pauses a live lead campaign spending well past the point where leads were due with none arriving. You can set a daily budget ceiling per client, keep any client in dry run so nothing can reach Meta at all, and edit or reject any recommendation. New clients start in dry run.

Why did my cost per lead fall while lead quality got worse?

Because Meta's lead generation objective optimises for people likely to submit a form, not people likely to buy. Precise interest and geographic targeting produces a smaller, more contested audience, so a genuinely well-targeted campaign usually costs more per lead. A cost per lead that suddenly drops well below normal is often a sign that delivery has drifted to a cheaper, lower-intent audience — which is why Admetriq treats an unusually cheap lead as something to verify before scaling, not as a win.

How do you detect poor lead quality in Meta lead ads?

Cost alone cannot tell a cheap good lead from a cheap bad one, so quality has to be verified against what happens after the form is submitted. Admetriq watches for the signals that usually precede bad leads — budget delivering outside the targeted region, one placement quietly taking most of the spend, cost per lead falling outside the band you expect to pay — and holds scaling recommendations until the leads have been checked.

How to check where your budget actually landed →

Is Admetriq only for agencies, or can freelancers use it?

Freelancers who run Meta Ads for several clients can use it the same way an agency does. Each client's ad account is connected to your own Meta Business Manager (a free business portfolio), and every client gets its own benchmarks, spend limit and settings. The value grows with the number of accounts you are watching alone. The Solo plan covers up to 3 clients, and the free trial covers 2.

Which markets and currencies does Admetriq support?

Admetriq is built for Meta Ads and works with any ad account your Business Manager has partner access to. It is currently used for campaigns in India, including Delhi NCR, and reads each ad account's own reporting currency and timezone from Meta rather than assuming one market.
